Peter dedicates his time to sourcing transactions, overseeing transactional business planning, and consulting on project execution. Peter focuses on asset advisory, leasing, and disposition where he leverages extensive experience in retail development, leasing, and construction across the gamut of retail real estate classes, including malls, strip centers, power centers, and mixed-use projects
Peter also has a strong background in asset re-positioning, having worked on numerous large shopping center and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S.
Prior to MCB, Peter co-founded Consolidated Affiliates, a retail and commercial real estate asset advisory firm where he specialized in repositioning troubled retail and mixed-use assets on behalf of institutional clients. The firm’s repositioning responsibilities included property management, accounting, leasing, construction, development, entitlement oversight, and disposition.
Peter also managed the real estate department for Kings Supermarket, a division of international retailer Marks & Spencer. While consulting to Kings, Peter had complete oversight of all real estate functions including strategic company growth, the chain’s entry into New York, the management of the owned and leased real estate portfolio a well as the supervision of all qualitative and quantitative research.
Peter is the Chair of University Properties at the University of Baltimore. He is also a board member of the France Merrick Foundation and the Avalon Foundation. Peter received his B.S. from St. Lawrence University.
